Overprinting Information:
Unless otherwise specified, all HoloBank products include a one-color custom imprint of your ad copy, logo or other line art. For some products we overprint on top of the hologram image, for others on the product itself. Overprinting is a traditional printing process which utilizes either silk screening, hot stamping or thermal transfer to print on top of a hologram image or product. HoloBank will determine the most appropriate printing method for the products or images you select. PMS match costs $100(v) and is not available on all products. Please note that overprinting has a plus or minus 1/16" registration tolerance so the actual position of the artwork may vary. Please request overprint samples before ordering.

Artwork for Overprinting:
All pricing assumes that the client will provide camera ready art (1200 dpi black copy on white paper at actual size: or at the very least, 600 dpi black copy on white paper at actual print size). Artwork cannot include halftones or bleeds, and HoloBank reserves the right to reject artwork that is incompatible with our printing processes. If you are unable to provide camera ready art, HoloBank offers a full range of graphic and output services. Custom design-including resizing and output is billed at $75(v) per hour (half hour minimum). We charge a minimum of $30(v) to output from art submitted via email or disc. Please submit art for a price quote.

Terms and Conditions:
A 50% Deposit is required along with your purchase order. The balance is net due before shipment or net 30 on an approved credit portion. Prices do not include shipping charges. Standard delivery will be four to five weeks from receipt of a deposit, camera ready art, and purchase order. Check with your HoloBank sales representative if quicker turn around is needed, and we'll do our best to accommodate you (some stock images are kept available for immediate shipment). Prices subject to change without notice. Any extension of credit by HoloBank shall be made solely upon the terms, conditions and policies published by HoloBank and any modification or amendment thereof shall not be effective unless accepted in writing by HoloBank. HoloBank reserves the right, in it's solo discretion, to refuse to extend credit at any time. Customers agree to pay all invoices from HoloBank (and it's agents) according to the respective terms of sale of each invoice. In the event that the debt is not paid in accordance with the terms of any such invoice, HoloBank reserves the right to charge interest on the entire balance due and owing to HoloBank at the rate of one and one half percent (1-1/2%) per month (18% per annum) or at the highest interest rate allowable by law. Additionally, the customer agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection incurred by HoloBank with respect to any such past due invoices including reasonable attorneyÕs fees. These terms and conditions, as well as any such disputes arising between HoloBank and the customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. The customer acknowledges, represents and warrants, knowing that HoloBank is relying thereon, that the customer is the owner or authorized agent for the owner of all right, title and interest in and to the artwork, trademarks, symbols, logos, trade-names, and the like, in any form or embodiment thereof (collectively the "Marks"), provided to HoloBank. The customer further agrees to indemnify and hold HoloBank harmless for any claim arising from the use or reproduction of the Marks in accordance with the customer instructions.

By placing an order with HoloBank, customer agrees to the above terms and conditions. Standard delivery will be 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of deposit, camera ready art, and purchase order. PRICING:
Please refer to the individual PRODUCT PAGES for pricing. Product prices are per piece and include the stock hologram image of your choice selected from among those available for that particular product. All prices include single-color overprinting. Set-up is not included. There is a $75.00(v) set-up charge for each color plate.
